Debbie Castner:  Your Los Angeles Link to Hawaii and Phoenix Real Estate

Debbie Castner has been in the real estate field buying and investing on her own behalf for the last 25 years.  This naturally led to a career in real estate in which she represents her clients in buying, rehab, selling and investing for future retirement. 

She has been representing clients on the Westside for the last 5 years at Re/Max Beach Cities and was previously associated with Fred Sands in Marina Del Rey.  Her experience includes single family homes to small and large apartment buildings.

Debbie has an extensive background in real estate which is different from most realtors in that she owns investment properties with single-family homes and apartment buildings on the Westside, San Fernando Valley, Scottsdale, Arizona and Hawaii.

Her investment success has been noted by others and she has been asked to consult and help them in their investment strategies for retirement by purchasing second homes in baby-boomer retirement havens such as Hawaii and Arizona. 

She also continues to invest in real estate, currently concentrating in the areas of Phoenix / Scottsdale, Lake Havasu City and Hawaii.
